Podcast Connect Log in Loop & 'contact us' itunes connect loop

When trying to log in to podcasts connect, it asks you to log in..... then it takes you back to iTunes connect. So, you click 'podcasts connect' again.... which asks you to log in.....and then takes you back to iTunes connect again.

Unable to resolve the issue, I go to 'contact us'..........which asks for login.... then back to iTunes connect again.... abysmal. Why can't things just work!?

You may have done all this, but the advice is make sure you are logged in in iTunes, that your computer is authorised, and that you have a payment registered. This may or may not help - a lot of people have got stuck in this problem.

You could try contacting Podcasts Support, though there too a lot of people have a problem connecting. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Failing that, try https://getsupport.apple.com - don't present it as a podcasting problem, just the problem logging in.

Confirmed on both accounts. All troubleshooting steps taken with no improvement in results.

Apple phone support (across all departments) seems unaware of the issue, and it is unclear if they are going to work to resolve it or mark the phone call "closed". I'm trying to submit the issue through as many support vectors as possible, hopefully someone will take notice.

I'm curious - do you have an Apple developer account, either active or expired?
