Do anyone know how to get VocalSynth 2 to work in garage band?

Was hoping to see a solution posted but maybe someone can help me troubleshoot this issue in GarageBand.

I downloaded a plugin from Splice.com the plugin is izotope VocalSynth 2 and it's pretty cool it just don't open up on my MacBook Pro. All my apple software is current and up to date. The message from a pop-up blocks the plugin from uploading. It reads : " Audio Unit plug-in can’t be used The Audio Unit “VocalSynth ” could not be loaded for your project, and may need to be updated. Contact the manufacturer for an updated version or further assistance." Please anyone let me know
