Issues with August Challenge on Apple Watch

So I’ve only worn my watch 2 days out of 3 so far this month (2nd and 3rd August) but on the eve of the 3rd I received my reward for closing all 3 rings 9 times in August 🤔 how is this even possible?! I thought maybe I had closed say the exercise ring 2 times in a day by doing over 60 mins (as the current target is 30 mins) but even then it didn’t add up to what the award said. Has anyone else had issues like this?

July monthly challenge - apple watch So I had a monthly challenge in July of doing 3200 minutes of exercise. The month ended last Saturday and I know I was so close, I think I hit 3100 or maybe 3150 minutes. I was expecting a notification about it and then I would have remembered of finishing it on Saturday... Anyways, now the medal is gone. Anyway I can see it somewhere? To see how close I was or something. I even got a perfect month award, but the monthly July challenge is gone.

Medals on my watch for activity Yesterday my watch had a Valentine’s Day Challenge to earn 60 minutes of exercise for heart health. I managed to get 110 minutes and I was not awarded the medal. Today this challenge has completely disappeared from my watch.

Are you able to "unearn" an award Hello all, I am in a competition this week with a friend, and out of curiosity, I tried add a workout for today, and see if it'd be added to my ring. (I know it wouldnt work if I add a workout for a previous day). What I added: Running Workout 10000kcal 900minutes 300km as a result, I earned awards that I shouldnt have earned: February challenge (850 minutes of exercies) Move Goal 400% Running Workout record - 10,000 Calories New Move Record After Deleting the workout from my apple watch app - I can still see my exercise ring filled. is there a way to delete this workout and un-earn these awards I have never earned?
