iPhone 5 u2 ic repair

Good day every one..

I posted recently here about my Iphone that stuck in DFU Mode...

after a few steps and trial, I think i figured out what my real problem is.. it's my u2 ic chip!!!

my theory is I can't enter Recovery mode because my battery cannot supply power to my Iphone.. the reason is the u2 chip, pls correct me if I'm wrong... I need opinions from experts please help me...

---- my question is... can i repair my u2 ic without replacement? i don't have equipment, gadgets and experience for this kind of thing. can i repair my u2 ic without replacement?
