How do I set Adblock Plus button in toolbar?

The instructions just say to open View — Customize Toolbar, and to drag the icon up into the toolbar. But there is no Adblock icon in the field. Do I have to manually put the Adblock icon in the Customize field?

I have a Mac Mini, running macOS High Sierra, 10.13.6

Thanks, Kylie, but that gives me this instruction:

Add a button: Choose View > Customize Toolbar, then drag an item from the palette to the toolbar until you see a green plus sign.

My point is that there is no Adblock "item" in the palette which "Customize Toolbar" opens. Can I drag the Adblock icon from elsewhere? If so, from where? It isn't in Applications.
