Maybe some more details?
Does it go to the logo then freeze and shut off? Or just stay on the logo?
Also: I would highly recommend plugging your iPad into your computer and downloading iTunes. Back it up and set up iTunes on your computer to sync with your iPad. Maybe it'll do something?
The second part is a guess. I would try it. 🙂
And maybe get a back-up of your iPad, because you might wanna reset it.
