How to Enable Safari Notifications for Specific Websites

I know that when I first visit some websites they will ask me if I want to receive notifications and I used to tell all of them no. However now I have decided that I'd like to receive notifications from some of them I already said no to. The problem I'm having is I can't find a way to enable notifications from a specific website. I know that you can turn off notifications by going into Safari>preferences>websites>notifications, but there doesn't seem to be a way to turn on notifications if it doesn't ask me. Does anyone know of any solutions for this? Thanks for your help!

Perhaps the web sites don't send notifications. Is the box in the screen shot checked? There isn't a way to manually add web sites.

Unless I'm missing something when I go into Safari notifications it only allows me to accept or deny websites that are already listed there. How do I add websites that aren't in that list? There are 3 or 4 websites I'd like to try receiving notifications from, but I'm not prompted by the website and those websites don't appear in my list. Is there a way to add those websites to my list?
