What happened to Breitbart News App?

I bought a new iPhone the other day and tried to load Breitbart News App (which is still working on my 6S+) and message that App was no longer available came up. Why?

Two possible reasons:

That app missed / violated some Apple requirements

That app can't work (because not updated by the developers) under iOS 11 or later version (64bit).

No, I am pretty sure that the question was about the official Breitbart app. The logo is a bold white B on an orange background.
