Why can’t I bounce to Apple lossless format?

I can’t bounce my Logic pro x (latest version) projects to the Apple lossless format, all other end file formats work. This is the message that comes up on screen after having initiated a bounce to Apple lossless: “The file ”Logic-Temp-CEC989AB0.tmp” doesn´t exist.”

Tried this - bouncing to apple lossless - with several different projects and it won’t work. Checked if above file was in the bin or something but it was not there. Don’t know what the problem is and I cannot find any articles about it online. Please help.
