PayPal push notifications do not work

I’m using iPhone 6S+ with IOS 11.4.1 and when using my paypal app & trying to enable notifications, I get a message saying “push notifications for PayPal are turned “off” go to settings to enable” then there is a link below the message marked “go to settings” I click that and my iPhone settings open and under “notifications” I scroll through the list of apps and my PayPal app IS NOT LISTED! It does not even show up on the list of apps where you can choose notifications at all. If I go to the app section of my phone settings it’s listed there but there is not any notifications settings there. It is just settings for the app

I understand from your post that you are unable to turn on Notifications for the PayPal app as it is not listed in the Notification settings. In a situation like this deleting the app and then reinstalling it may help.
