PayPal Notifications

I've tried everything with Vodafone agents to get my PayPal notifications on but can't seem to do it,i have the iPhone 7,has anyone got any ideas?

There is a good suggestion in this discussion thread. May be it will help. I had the same problem and this suggestion helped. i.e. Delete the Paypal App and reinstall.
