Annoying alarm

My iPhone has been making the annoying fire like alarm sound for three days. It is doing the beep beep, pause, beep beep. I have the goverment alerts turned off, all of my apps are set to not have sound. I have closed all browser tabs in Safari and Chrome. Any apps I have had opened are closed. There is nothing showing where this sound could be coming from. The only way I get it to stop is doing a hard reset of the phone, but then the sound starts up again.

It's getting very frustrating. Any idea on how to fix this or where I can go to get the information needed to fix this issue?
