Hello -
I’m unable to change the alarm sound on my new iPhone 13 pro. I have tried thre obvious choosing a new alarm tone, deleting all old alarms and making new, and resetting all settings.
has anyone else had this issue or have a resolution? I don’t wake up to the standard alarm and it is affecting my schedule.

You might want to try following the steps in Apple's article:
Set an alarm on iPhone (iOS15):
https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iph2909d3a74/ios
Eg: The wake up alarm in the Clock app shows the next wake up time in your sleep schedule
(if you’ve set up a sleep schedule in the Health app).
Although you don’t set the wake up alarm in Clock,
you can make changes to it in Clock after you’ve set up a sleep schedule.
