Can’t receive emails from certain sender

Hello, I can’t receive emails from the site Binance.com which makes me enable to access my account, I’ve contacted the site’s support and they say that their mail bounced and it’s a problem with the mail provider and it’s already known, anyone know how can I whitelist them or make it possible to receive mails?
