Why does Siri and voice control keep coming up?

I could be randomly doing something . Texting, on YouTube, listening to music, etc and voice control and Siri Will pop up!!! It’s so annoying. I’ve tried turning it off in settings but it still comes up. I’ve tried restarting my phone as well.

it only happens when I have my headphones plugged in.... ugh it’s fustrating . Why is this happening? What do I need to do?

Your headphones might be defected. They could be triggering Siri from the middle button. Can you try a different pair?
