Update to El Capitan in 2018

I need to upgrade my laptop to OS El Capitan, so I can then upgrade to High Sierra, but am required to update Apply payment settings and I can't update those without having the latest OS. Catch 22. Can you help?

OBS,MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), iOS 11.4

Use a different computer or device to update the information. If you don't have access to one, click here and contact the iTunes Store staff.
