AT&T Locked iPhone X
I am trying to unlock my iPhone X from AT&T. I purchased the phone outright and do not have any contractual obligations to AT&T. However, when I switched my carrier to Verizon, I have to wait up to 5 days to have my phone unlocked.
This seems pretty excessive and unnecessary. Is there a way that Apple can help to expedite this process?
I cannot be without my phone for business reasons. AT&T stated that they have to wait on Apple. This should never have occurred.
