Kernel Panic iMac "Spinlock acquisition timed out"

Hey guys! I have a 2010 iMac 27" i5 which is crashing a lot lately.
When using Photos, or in this case watching something on Amazon Prime:

I havent't changed anything on the iMac for ages.
Any hints?

If you upgraded the RAM, remove the upgrade RAM and then put the original RAM the computer shipped with and test it. If it stops the KP's then it's the upgraded RAM that has failed. If it has a lifetime warranty contact the mfg. to get it replaced. If it does not have a lifetime warranty replace with only Crucial.com or www.macsales.com RAM. Why, iMacs are very sensitive to using quality RAM and both vendors sell high quality products at fair prices and provide excellent support.

If you find it's not the RAM, then I'd suspect a failing HD.
