Kernel Panic Help

Hi,

I get this kernel panic issue randomly from time to time. Maybe 1-2 times a month. Wondering what the issue is. Is it a drive issue? Thanks in advance.

Apple has determined that a limited number of 128GB and 256GB solid-state drives (SSD) used in 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) units have an issue that may result in data loss and failure of the drive. 13-inch MacBook Pro units with affected drives were sold between June 2017 and June 2018.

If you have an Apple-owned store available, you can make an appointment at the store or online for a service visit. Your visit and evaluation is free, in warranty out.

Apple Authorized Service Providers set their own policies, and many charge a fee for an evaluation to keep you from using up their expensive technician time.

If the unit is still under its one-year from purchase warranty, or you purchased AppleCare or AppleCare PLUS, they will likely fix it for free or for a co-pay.

As for documentation, I would print out and take:

• the panic reports you posted

• the repair program posted above, even if it does not appear on its face to apply to you.

If printing is difficult, those items are here on the forum, and you can write down the links and take them.
