I registered at Iphone with location in The US, and had a gift card for itunes. I spend it, but still have 0.20$ at my balance. Now I live in different countries and I need to sign in my credit card, but I cannot do it, because I need to change my location, and I can’t do that because I still have 0.20$ in my balance.
