Macbook motherboard issue within 2 years

My Macbook 12 inches retina display started showing kernel panic issue 4 days back. As it happened a few times, I contacted apple support. As guided, I took back up , went to disk utility, ran first aid, then ‘erase‘ and tried to install OS. It got hung everytime I tried to install. Finally took it to authorized service center. They tried to install OS from external hard disk too without any success. It was revealed to me that the motherboard has issues and it’s an integrated model. Hence, the whole thing has to be changed. And the cost will be 1k USD. I bought the macbook on 24th sept, 2016. The warranty got over after 1 year and it has not even completed 2 years. When one buys apple product for such a high cost, it is not expected to last for less than 2 years.

So very disappointed and helpless now. I have alrady taken it to 3 different authorized service centers. Same feedback everywhere. Now contemplating to dump the macbook and buy a new laptop at the cost of the new motherboard.

On 2nd thought, Apple should replace faulty hardwares as there is no physical damage to the macbook. Called apple support twice, but didn‘t get any help except for “ I am really sorry. This should not have happened”.
