I have been trying to update my billing info and but I keep getting a message that there was a problem with my card -- and my address has changed also no matter what I do or what card I use it will not let me update

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
I updated the address billing information . I even tired using a credit card and it still says payment declined please provide new method for payment for my apple ID and that's when I tried to use a credit card and it still says the same thing
What is the text of the message that you are getting ? If your address and the billing address for the card have changed have you updated the address on your account ?
