Well i got a promo code for an app.. but i cant use it .. i even get another code but its still not working.. i try on pc and my iphone too..
its says : “Unable to Reedem Code
You must redeem this code on
“Apple TV”
They said me its an issue on Apple’s ..
what should i do? 😭

Not sure why you’re so mysterious about the app. It might be relevant. The promo might be restricted to the tvOS version, after all they are trying to promote something. The tvOS version doesn’t have to be the same license/purchase as the iOS version, although it often is for many apps.
