Boot Camp can't partition, Disk utilities can and format solves nothing

Please Help!!

I have been trying to create a partition of Windows 10 in my MacBook Pro from ends of 2013. I have the High Sierra OS.

I first formatted the laptop to zero and after it started the partition from beginning. I have tried to re-download the .iso but the problem happens to be the same. After creating the WININSTALL and everything working properly, I stablished the partitions sizes (I have tried different sizes from 60 to 38 Gb and never works). When the partition should happen, the Boot Camp gives me an error "your disk could not be partitioned". I have tried to find an error with the Disk Utilities but nothing appears. Trying a partition with the Disk Utilities works, so I do not know what to do next.

Any help or idea please!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
