Your phone fell into a water drain? Your phone was out in the rain? It's hard to tell what that sentence is supposed to say.
If it involves your phone getting very wet, especially submerged, then it's likely ruined. There are no iPhones that are waterproof. The 8 and X are only water resistant. Meaning they can get a little bit of water splashed on them, or used in a light rain for a short period of time. Anything more than that is going to get it wet inside. Water and electronics don't mix.
