You cannot. There is no way to rollback or downgrade iOS.

If you are having issues with 11.4 there is some basic troubleshooting you can do:

  1. A Reset may cure some bugs. Hold down the Home and sleep/power buttons until the apple logo shows up.

    If still not resolved:

  2. Reset all Settings. Go to Settings->General->Reset->Reset All Settings

    If its still not resolved:

  3. Restore the device as new. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

    If its still not resolved

  4. If problem persists, after a restore from backup, their may be some data corruption that got saved in the backup causing the issue, and you may need to restore the device to factory condition: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

    If its still not resolved

  5. The device may have a hardware issue then or some other deeper seated issue and will likely need to be checked out by Apple at an Apple Store or authorized service provider: iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support

Piacere Nicola.

Buona giornata.

Giulio
