New iPhone 6S set up problem

I just bought a new iPhone 6S. when I try to restore it with the back up of my old iPhone 6, the process run ok but at the end nothing happens; no info is passed to the new iPhone. Any ideas of what is happening?

I updated the IOS and I'm using the latest version of iTunes.
