I can’t hear anyone when I make a call and they can’t hear me. Also the “speaker” & “FaceTime” keys are grayed out
I can’t hear anyone when I make a call and they can’t hear me. Also the “speaker” & “FaceTime” keys are grayed out. How do I fix this?

Check if your accidentally on mute and if your not u should restart your phone because it just might be a accidental glitvh and by restarting your phone it allows it to be refreshed.
Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, I’ve checked the microphones & followed those instructions already...they didn’t make a difference. Every time I make a call or accept a call, there’s complete silence. The alarming part is that each time the speaker & FaceTime keys are grayed out and I can’t use them at all.
