I can’t hear anything when I do a call and they can’t hear me.the speakers are running and the sound is ok with YouTube or any other videos. But i can’t hear anything during a call except through The FaceTime

This seems like your carrier issue, Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you.
