I can’t hear anything on the other end when I call/receive calls

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and every time I go to call or FaceTime someone, I can’t hear anything on the other end and they can’t hear me. It is like dead air. I’ve updated my phone and restarted it. How can I fix this problem?

Cannot Hear Calls I’m not able to hear anything when I pick up a call and the other person can’t seem to hear me either. What could it be? It’s not working for anything. Regular calls, facetime, Facebook messenger.
