Blocked or not?

iPhone to iPhone ... my iMessages aren’t sending but when I call it rings twice then goes to voicemail ... Which everywhere says means you aren’t blocked? is it possible to ring twice if it’s blocked?

Blocked but says delivered My iMessages to another iPhone sent green with “delivered as text message” statuses and my phone calls to that # went straight to voicemail for about a week. I've been blocked by a number for months and I know that because none of my iMessage says delivered. I tried to call today just for fun, and by my surprise it was ringing 5 times before voice mail. But when I tried to iMessage it still not delivered. Is this a iOS 13 feature or what?

Nvm it must be a sprint thing ... I blocked a Number than called my phone ... yep it rang twice 😔... apple should stop lying about about blocked numbers having it say “delivered” automatically... it’s a lie ... it doesn’t go green either.. blocked calls can still ring twice the internet doesn’t have all the answers
