won't start up

while using my computer, it suddenly went to a white screen with blurry, horizontal lines over a white background. I tried to start it up; during log in process, same blurry white screen is present. Computer attempts to boot up but can't; it then goes to a completely white screen before attempting to power up again to start up. The process repeats.....
