"Stale Ipad data packet"

I am trying to sign in on ipad to Board Vantage and get "stale Ipad data packet. Access from iPAD not allowed for the user" i CAN sign in on computer so it is not an id or pw issue. it is not Board vantage i called them and was able to get in on laptop. both my ipads (a 2 and the big one) are the problem any thoughts?

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 11.4.1

It seems like a Board Vantage problem to me. They were trying to get you off the phone, by asserting that if it works on a laptop it not their problem. Doesn't follow. an ipad isn't a laptop. There are differences. Don't know why you used your laptop when you talked to them. Call them back & use your ipad.


I don't know about Board Vantage ...

-- So is it an app that you downloaded?

-- Are you accessing from a web browser?

-- You should try access Board Vantage from home. A lot of corporate / school networks put restriction on what can be done. [ Worth at try event thou it worked from you laptop. ]

-- try a different web browser. try icab. change the user agent to a windows pc.


There web site shows all sorts of devices being able to use their app. Should be able to help you out if they want you to buy the app.
