I made a purchase and it’s missing on the purchase history

I purchased an App called splashtop for my iPad but I want to refund it. So i go to my purchase history

iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Account Settings>Purchase History

I click the arrow and then tap report problem and the site can’t find it

even on the app list is missing. I hope I’m able to fix this problem as soon as possible.
