I just recently upgraded my iOS 11.4.1 and all of a sudden my microphone stopped working. When I make calls the speaker button is greyed out. I can't hear the person I'm calling and neither can he. Anyone have the same problem?

I have this exact same issue on my iPhone 7plus, however it works on Bluetooth in the car. I also am unable to use Siri or voice text and sound on videos isn’t recording. Have you found any fix to your problem??
I believe that iPhone 7 is out of warranty now that's why you pay for the repair.

Check side volume buttons also check mute switch.
Go to control panel check volume slider Also check half moon DONOT disturb is not on.

Dissapointed to say, I just completed the new 12.0 software update and my issue is still an issue. 😭 I was hopeful that it would fix it. I’m so disappointed!
