Canceled subscription can the charge be refunded

I am not using my fitness pal app and I had deleted the app from my phone but I was still charged for subscription- I cancelled it in my phone - can the charge be reimbursed?

Clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
