iTunes Store Account Crashing

I can’t solve this one but I have around 3,000 songs purchased in my iTunes account and they are all hidden, however I’m trying to go into my account..manage to bring up the list of all the hidden purchases I’ve got. I need to re-download one EP but the software crashes on win 7 before it evens starts to load up the list and creates a mini dump file.

Any help with this please?

Try right-clicking the iTunes shortcut and using run as administrator. If that doesn't help Contact Apple Support and see it they can unhide your purchase history for you.
