iTunes

I recently opened my iTunes account on a new computer. When I logged on, I noticed everything isn't as it is on my Mac. My purchased list, with 202 songs is not to be found. Also, I have an amount of $20.00 isn't there when I open Store. I would like to retrieve these items, is it possible? Please help. I can't afford to loose my $20 nor pay to reload all 202 items. thank you

iTunes purchased I have had iTunes forever and over the years it has gotten progressively messier on the computer, organization wise. I decided to clean everything off and start over again. While tedious I got all of my Amazon purchases downloaded again. When I went to get my iTunes songs it is not showing any purchases? Interesting because they are still on my iPhone. It may be possibly that they were purchased on another account since I may have had a different one, sorry it's an age thing. If it is under a different account any idea on how to find out and access? Thank you.

itunes for windows11 My itunes library is a mess after getting a new computer. The library only shows 100 songs purchased, when I have well over thousands of songs purchased.... Can anyone help me out on finding my already purchased? Thanks in advance

Hi,

Have you signed into your iTunes account using your Apple ID that was used to purchase the tracks? Also read this https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201272
