Problem buying more iCloud storage.

Every time I try and purchase more iCloud storage whether its on my Macbook Pro or my iPhone, a screen pops up that states "Your request produced an error. [newNullResponse]". I'm pretty sure I go through all the right steps to purchase it. I go to system preferences, then iCloud, then Manage Storage on the bottom right of screen, and lastly I click Buy More Storage and then it says "Your request produced an error. [newNullResponse]". Is there anything I can do to fix this or can anyone help me out? Thanks!

It's my understanding that you're unable to purchase iCloud Storage space due to an error. I have some information that may help. Make sure that your payment information is up-to-date and accurate. Meaning that your billing information matches the financial institution: Change or remove your Apple ID payment information You can also see if signing out and back in of the iTunes & App Store to see if that helps.

If nothing works, then I'd reach out to iTunes Support .
