My iPhone X continues to have no space

Why does my iPhone X continue to have the Other Storage (System Files) grow in size and not allow me to download/backup to my iTunes on my Mac? I currently own a 256gb iPhone and 213.65 is System. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried the famous have you tried turning it on and off again? I have tried making space to enable the backup to be smaller (didn't help since the other grew). Tried Imazing to help identify the corrupt file (imazing could not back up phone because not enough free space is available on it). I've searched other people questions for tips and tricks but so far nothing works. Cleared historical data, minimized as much as i could yet still can't do a backup or get rid of the other. Please help?
