Black screen and unresponsive touch bar

I have the brand new 2018 MacBook Pro 15 inc Retina display with touch bar, I bout it 3 weeks ago, and since day one, it’s been put in a sleeve when not being used and is also in a case. I haven’t used it for about 3 days, and I went to use it last night, opened the lid and the screen is just black. The touchpad, keyboard and the touch bar are completely unresponsive. I plugged it in thinking maybe it died, and I heard the chime indicating it was charging, but still, everything was unresponsive. After about 10 mins the computer started to get really hot, which it has never done before. Not really sure what to do or what can be the issue.
