Unable to redeem Appstore Giftcard (Beijing)

I bought a App store Giftcard and am now unable to redeem it. I don’t have a chinese ID, which you apperantly need to redeem them if bought in china.

All iTunes gift cards are country specific, they can only be redeemed and used in their country of issue. If you are in China you can only use the China store, if you put your country and your China billing address on your account you should be able to redeem it

That isn’t the case. Here you need to inout your First and second name, telephone number and Chinese national ID. The latter is the one I don’t have, since i am not a chinese national citizen...
