Microphone not working help!!!

My iPhone 7 is not working properly.

I can’t hear calls and they can’t hear me.

I can‘t use the voice recorder

Videos have no sound

Can’t use siri

I have reset my phone and started it as a new iPhone as suggested by Apple. It worked for approx 20 seconds and now it’s all broken again.

Can anyone give me anymore advice?
