Bug on apple support site, where to report?

Hello!

If you visit the Apple Support site, choose a product, and then try to get Apple Support, there seems to be a bug which makes it impossible for you to understand what the page says.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Apple Support (Official Apple Support)

2. Choose a product (say Mac)

3. Scroll down, and towards the end click on the link "Contact Apple Support".

After that, all the support pages seem to have this problem where the html preview seems to contain an error which replaces the intended text (pictures included at the end of the post).

As I continue choosing options, the same error keeps replacing more and more important text, till I reach the chat page where everything is covered with errors. I'm simply not able to contact Apple Support. I'm using Google Chrome 68 on macOS High Sierra.

How do I report this bug considering that I am not able to access Apple Support? Also, if apple officials are seeing this, could this issue please be resolved ASAP?

furthermore, this is NOT an issue with which the Hosts can actually help much -

this is the avenue for reporting problems that encounter with anything OUTSIDE of the Communities

Huh, okay. It was never mentioned that these communities can be used for problems only outside of communities. Plus, there even exists a tag named "Using Apple Support Communities". I don't see how this question is off-topic since my main question is where I should report it, and not solve this bug please.

Anyway, that link you've provided seems to be the correct place to report this bug. That solves my problem. Thanks!

Those links are "User Tips" = documents prepared by fellow members, not Apple Support articles

tt2 has a link in the first one that is a Community Site Map - User Tip Links

The "Welcome page" already has a section called "Featured topics" that are User Tips selected by Apple (how they are selected is unknown)

The See all topics link under that section is sorted by latest modification and has a filter for topic title (a new user would knowing what keyword to use is the best gamble)

Key word is "Communities" - Apple Support is a separate department (it is possible that "support" may even be a part of each product division)

It is not "off topic" - and Using ASC forum is as good a place as any to post your issue

My guess is that your issue was a temporary problem - what reason is unclear -

If it still persists, see my suggestion on clearing cache etc.

Let us know whether it still is - and whether clearing cache helps

The "feedback" you sent will be read, but they do not follow up with you like Apple support might -
