Hi Hanna,

To prevent this webpage from randomly reappearing, clear out the website data stored by your web browser. If you're using Safari (shown in your screenshot), go to Safari preferences and select the Privacy tab. Choose "Manage Website Data", then click on "Remove All".

As well, go to the Security tab and ensure that Safari blocks both fraudulent websites and popups.

They are all scams from people who want your money. Nobody in the world would know what you have on your computer. You can run Malwarebytes to get rid of what you have, but there is no way to stop the criminals as long as you go to websites who allow this.

You can run it for free (or pay for the premium version if you want).

Hi,

Force Quit Safari by pressing Command + Option + Esc keys.

Then restart Safari holding the Shift key.

Then Empty the Caches

Safari menu > Preferences > Privacy > Remove all website data. (This will also remove all history)

If you dont want to remove the History

Safari Preferences > Advanced

Check mark the Show Develop Menu then choose Empty Caches from Develop Menu .

Go to the Safari menu > Preferences... > Extensions. If you see any Extensions that you do not recognise or understand, simply click the Uninstall button and they will be gone.

Go to the Safari menu > Preferences... > Security, and ensure that Safari blocks both fraudulent websites and popups.

Then download and run Malwarebytes Anti Malware For Mac using the link provided

Hope that helps
