The keyboard on the iPad Pro does not show the comma or the period when I am in Safari browser it shows when I am in messaging how do I change this also how do you get the “shift” items shown on the keyboard above like the colon above n for example

Tap the 123 key at the bottom left to get punctuation. There are a couple of pages of punctuation and symbols - once on the punctuation page, tap the key just above the abc key bottom left.
To get options for the tilde over the n, etc, just hold that key and an option pop up will show. For example, holding the n allows you to chose n ñ ń and the e è é ê ë ē ė ę and so on.
