I know that this is a well known issue with boot camp everything else is working except having a mic input I was wondering if there is another way of fixing this issue then buying a usb audio card?

There is a USB-adapter which allows the conversion from the TRRS to USB, which will work.
It is a model A1347 and the computer says that it is from late 2012 i don't think that is to old. Is it?
What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)? The newer Macs are capable of using a TRRS headset, but older models only work properly on the macOS side.
It will not work on a 2012 model. It works on 2017/2018 models. From Apple's standpoint, 2012 is legacy. 😉
