I have used spotify for a couple of years now but have heard great reviews for apple music. I want to switch to apple music but want to know if its possible to transfer music from my spotify to apple?
(I am unhappy with spotify as my account has been hacked into twice already)

No, you cannot transfer music from Spotify to Apple Music. Spotify is a streaming service. You stream the music to your device, so it does not reside anywhere, and you do not own the music.
Apple Music is a combination of your iTunes purchased music, and the Apple Music catalog music which you can stream or download to your device as long as you are subscribed.
Once your subscription ends, the only music you will continue to have access to is the music that you purchased.

No. You don't own any of the music from Spotify. You only have access to it while you pay for the service. Once you cancel, that music goes away.
There is no way to extract it from the Spotify apps to my knowledge, and even if you could, its DRM protected so it cannot be played outside of the Spotify apps.
