I have been thinking to go to the Apple One and therefore use Apple music instead of Spotify. Is there a simple solution that would allow me to keep my playlists, my precious playlists?

FWIW Exportify can export Spotify playlists as .csv spreadheets.
I don't know whether it is possible to automatically import them to Apple Music.
