Albums vs Singles in Apple Music

When I look for an artist in Apple Music i usually see Top Songs then Latest Release then Albums, Top Videos and Artist Playlists. Under Albums there is an option to See All. When I click/tap (on iPhone/iPad) SAee All it always has all the Singles releases mixed up with the Albums. This is particularly annoying when looking at a newly discovered artist. I don t understand why Singles are included under Albums even if there are a few tracks on the Single (EP style release).

So my question is how can I filter out all the Singles (which I’m not interested in) and EPS and show only Albums in the Albums-section?
